D & R Associates was founded in 2005 by Mr Dharmender Bhan and Dr R Sharma with a strong vision of providing exceptional legal representation globally. With over two decades of experience, the firm has proven exponential success and sound understanding of the legal system and its framework. His understanding of criminal litigation is exemplary which is reflected in his track record of satisfactorily winning highly complexed criminal and civil litigations for his clients for over two decades.While formal education in law is necessary to acquire the fundamentals of legal knowledge, there are gifted few who are born with extraordinary talent and such heightened intelligence is strongly embedded in their DNA. It would not be wrong to say that Dharmender is one of those advocates who really fits into that description. His sharp legal acumen and strong analytical approach are acutely reflexive.He has extremely rich experience of over more than 20 years of practice in  the session courts, High Courts and Supreme Court of India. He has a proven track record and has worked extensively in the area of criminal and civil  litigations of high profile cases including various homicides, physical and sexual assaults, Medical, professional and Hospital negligence, Criminal negligence, Financial disputes and others. In addition to his  practice, he also conducts various workshops and training programs  for  lawyers, police and NGO’s on various prevailing legal subjects and matters . He has been a Senior Legal Consultant   to many companies, firms and NGOs, and has many publications and newspaper articles to his credit.

Consultant Forensic Pathologist & Medico legal Expert.

 

Dr. Rajeev Sharma is MD in Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, LLB (Bachelor of Law) and MBA from UK. 
He has served as a Professor and Senior Consultant to various Medical colleges, Hospitals, Health institutions, and corporates, leading Insurance companies, Health care IT companies, Medico-legal Institutions, and leading Forensic and Law firms. Having conducted more than 2000 autopsies, he possesses strong clinical n legal aptitude, and his role has been instrumental in many high-profile Medico-legal Cases in India and abroad. He is the founder member of a prominent NGO ”Revolution Health” working for patient's rights and about ethical healthcare in India. He is the recipient of many awards and accolades both in India and abroad.
